1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nurvion.es (the "Site") and the purchase of products offered through the Site. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Purchasing

To complete a purchase, follow the steps indicated on the Site. Your order confirms your acceptance of these Terms. A contract of sale is formed once you receive our order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or where a product is no longer available, in which case we will notify you and refund any amount already paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed on the Site in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders you have already placed and had confirmed. Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes and duties are calculated and displayed during checkout in accordance with our current tax settings.

5. Shipping

Shipping options, destinations, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns and refunds

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded by any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Any dispute will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, or to any applicable online dispute resolution platform.
